Tasked with growing the Alexa Together subscriber base, my team faced a broad creative challenge: What’s the best way to tell this complex product story to aging adults and their caregivers?

I worked with an agency to develop a series of concepts to test into, guiding script development and execution while establishing net-new copy standards. The resulting videos drove an average +2.5% CTR vs. prior social campaigns, and pushed my team closer to meeting our quarterly goal for free-trial signups.
