The retail team tapped me to help scale Amazon’s peak Q4 marketing campaigns by 300% YoY.
As copy lead, I oversaw messaging for 3K+ digital assets while streamlining internal processes,
both internally and with agency partners.
With holiday messaging debuting in mid-October, I defined customer needs to spark interest in
early shopping, highlighting key categories, incredible deals, and all the perks of Prime.
Despite the strong focus on deals and promotions, I pushed to make the language warm and conversational, injecting a bit of seasonally appropriate sparkle.
