On the heels of Holiday, I was tapped to lead messaging for celebratory events like New Years, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and Halloween. My responsibilities included developing style guides, fine-tuning copy development and Spanish translation processes, and identifying opportunities for copy testing.

Additionally, I partnered with UX Design to pitch “go-big ideas” to drive product discovery and personalization during key gifting periods. I also explored ways to better align the Retail org’s voice with the new Prime brand—strategizing when, where, and how to infuse more personality while upholding the tried-and-true messaging tactics that drive retail performance.
