Car Mode Launch Campaign
Streaming while driving? We’ve got an app (interface) for that.
For the launch of Car Mode, I dug into the logistics of the UX and worked with the product team in order to introduce the new feature to customers, and help them quickly adopt it. I also collaborated with Legal on the safety disclaimers, gently pushing away from “In-car listening may result in death.” (J/K. Kind of.)
I'm particularly proud of the landing page copy, which makes a somewhat clunky onboarding process as simple to follow as possible.

Pop-Up Educational Modal
Post-launch, the Product team noticed customers were struggling on their first try of Car Mode. While the UX team reworked the flow, we quickly pulled together a stopgap: a pop-up that walks users through the key steps. Once live, this modal successfully drove customer adoption and engagement with the personalized pre-set audio content.
